Privacy Policy

Reform by RJ is a small, women-only reformer Pilates studio in KDA Scheme 1, Karachi. This policy explains what booking information we collect and how it is used.

What we collect
When you book a class we collect your name, email address, phone number and your preferred payment method, along with the classes you book. This is the minimum we need to run the studio.
How we use it
Your details are used to manage class bookings, confirm your spot, and contact you about your classes, payment or schedule changes. Confirmation messages are sent to the phone number or email you provide at booking.
Who sees it
Only the studio can see your booking details. They are never sold, rented or shared with advertisers, and are only used where needed to run the classes you booked.
Storage and security
Booking information is stored securely in this website's booking system and is accessible only to the studio.
Retention and deletion
We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage your packages and the studio schedule. If you would like your details removed, contact us and we will delete them.
