Terms & Conditions
These terms cover bookings, payments and conduct at Reform by RJ, a women-only reformer Pilates studio in KDA Scheme 1, Karachi. The studio's class rules and regulations are on the Classes page.
- Bookings
- Booking a class through this website reserves your spot in a class of no more than four women. A booking is only confirmed once your payment receipt has been sent, and we may contact you on the phone number provided to confirm it. Booking a class means you accept these terms.
- Who can join
- Reform by RJ is a women-only studio. Every class is limited to a maximum of four clients so each woman receives proper instruction and attention.
- Packages and pricing
- Classes are sold as monthly packages based on how many times per week you attend. Package prices are shown on the booking page. Packages run within the current season and expire at the end of the season.
- Payment
- Payment is made directly to the studio. We accept cash at the studio or bank transfer to the account details shown during booking. We do not accept card payments. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your booking will not be confirmed until the receipt is sent.
- Missed classes and make-ups
- If a class is missed, one make-up class may be allowed depending on availability. Make-up classes must be used within the same monthly package and cannot be carried forward or exchanged for a refund.
- Late arrivals
- All classes are 45 minutes. Late arrivals are allowed a strict 10 minute grace period to avoid disruption and protect class safety.
- Cancellations by the studio
- Occasionally a class may need to be moved or cancelled due to illness, holidays or studio maintenance. If we cancel a class, we will offer you a make-up class or move your booking to another session.
- Health and safety
- You must inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before class so exercises can be modified safely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. By attending, you take part in class at your own risk.
- Studio conduct
- Clients are expected to treat instructors, other clients and the studio space with respect. Phones must be on silent and kept away during class.
- Changes to these terms
- Studio policies may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your booking.
